Uganda should use the PPP restricted bidding or direct procurement to attract investment in Urban and Infrastructure development.Malaba, Katuna, Oraba, Nimule should become organised commericial cities.
There is need for a high speed train between Kampala ad Jinja, Kampala Entebbe, Kampala - Gulu
