{UAH} Not only Coruption BUT Political inconsistency and incongruence

Uganda and specifically Kampala Capital City Authority, given the amount of time invested in streamlining the organisation,  KCCA has lost big investment opportunities because of political inconsistency, incongruence and funny politicking by NRM.

Shockingly and the more I learn about Uganda corporate culture, corruption is not the only stumbling block in Uganda development trajectory but largely politics which in fact breeds corruption!

Virtually all ministries are not producing any tangiable results! Works & Transport, Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Water and Environment, Youth and Gender, Agriculture they are are all in coma!

Quantitively and qualitatively very little has been done in the four years of KCCA existence. Today many more urban dwellers would have a decent place of abode from wetlands and the youth will have KCCA flats to reside in. More roads will have turned into high streets and well designed (nsambay - Ggaba, Kibuye - Natete, Wandegeya - Kawempe, Ntinda etc. The city will have a pubic functioning transport system. Wetlands would have been restored and many businesses would have properly and well designed buildings.

Everywhere, you research NRM politicking is everywhere!
