Shout out to President Obama for extending Pell Grants to fund 12,000 prison inmates pursuing their college education.
It's a small fraction of the aggregate prison population, and hopefully just the start of a more robust prison-to-preparation pipeline.
Hopefully they don't have to fill out that 100-page FAFSA form!
