{UAH} WAKISO UNDER REPRESENTED

Fellow countrymen and countrywomen, Wakiso District has a population
of over two million people, and over 500,000 households, but it has no
cabinet minister. Hon. Rose Nansubuga Ssenninde and Hon. Galabuzi are
ministers of state, designate, for primary education and Luwero
Triangle respectively.
Worse still, The NRM League of Parliamentary and District Chairpersons
2015, composed of parliamentary and district chairperson aspiring
candidates in NRM party primaries, who were defeated or were rigged
out, but did not stand on an independent ticket, but instead,
campaigned for President Yoweri Museveni and other NRM flag bearers,
none was appointed a cabinet or state minister.
