{UAH} Laduma: Think a bit the Social Democrats in Uganda

Think a bit, that all public schools, local governments and government agencies must have updated websites – how many jobs are those? Of course this calls for having many computer ware imported but if you raise taxes on imported and locally manufactured lower taxes – those are another set of jobs?!

Many public buildings in this country are dilapidated- if all of them were to be retrofitted, more built and yet fitted with solar panels – of it will cost money investing in building and construction material. Yes but  raise taxes on imported and lower taxes on locally manufactures – another set of jobs

I can't get it when the government is fumbling!
