{UAH} Milton Obote Foundation (MOF)

Milton Obote Foundation (MOF)
Comrade in arms and supporters of our great Party UPC I salute you all.  During the last number of years there has been discussions concerning the status of MOF and its workings.  I can remember when Dr. Apollo Milton Obote died in 2005 soon after that some people were invited to join its Board of Directors on payment of some fee.  One of them whom I can remember is Dr. Moses Apiliga.  Is he still a member of the Board of Directors or not?  May I know the criteria for the membership of becoming a Board of Director? And may I be acquainted with the powers of the Board of Directors.

Another thing which I would like to know is the status of MOF.  Is it a Charity or a Company by Guarantee?  I am bringing the question in because the status of MOF will be governed by rules and regulations.  It will state what it can do and what it cannot do.

Whether it is a Charity or a Company it is supposed to submit it yearly returns to the authority that be.  It is supposed to show its sources of finance and how the money raised has been used.  Any money coming in is not supposed to be misused.  Is this being done in MOF?

I will respond more if my questions are answered by the UPC Party leadership or the MOF officials.  We were told that when MOF was launched in 1967 it was supposed to help the Party to raise funds for the UPC Party.
