{UAH} A static government is not an impediment to change
There is nothing routine in politics and Politicians will never know it all.
A government is not a mechanical frame that needs to be broken down to house new ideas. The constitution is made alive by continual human interference. As humans change, so do their affairs, so must the governing rules. The executive, legislature and judiciary branches have to continually work within a changing symmetry center of balance.
The past is relevant for its new ideas which are now acting as substrates for the new leading age advances in this current and ever changing society. The idea of a robotic government that works automatically is an illusion based on alloy carved philosophies. Faith based creeds of conservatives, socialists and democrats all become irrelevant as no single human savior can represent all their confluent crowds.
Within such a society, there emerges the anatomy of influence. With political antagonism recreated in public while the anatomy of managing a government is created in the shadow of influence and patronage. Growth and government management slides away from official positions and legal constraints. Change becomes subtle and illusive to the masses
This vacuum creates a web of influence that is not easily definable, being a matrix of cob webs and paths of management so feeble and continually breaking with increasing scrutiny even as new ones are formed. Influential figures never changing with the election grid or calendar.
The frame work we see therefore is not an impediment to change, change is a universal law, it happens naturally with no influence. Yet there is a need to package mass desires into acceptable programs.
Should we then have faith in our government or seek out it's off the grid influential managers and create with them?
A ruling government is a living organism. The opposition's relevancy ends when it shows what new change is needed. Creation of the new is how static governments keep alive. I see is a term to be trusted coming from a man who is not blind, I understand is useful for one who will act on new information. In the light of this a government becomes alert to a process of continual creation, an unceasing invention of new programs to meet constantly changing needs.
Government framework can create rigidity and a routine that eventually becomes robust to change as those in these public positions become comfortable. Decade long deals, agreements and loans can siphon the rate of change and create complexity. For the political innovators finding other ways to change becomes a chess game and a sensual thriving occupation. Those who succeed in creating the new and personally benefiting from it easily become defined as corrupt by the public they create for. Yet we need political minds that are free and bold enough, to get off the treadmill of the government frame work, work in their creative cocoons with the audacity to bring forth these new ideas to the masses for on point discussions to generate a momentum for their implementation. It's time for those in influential and yet none civil public positions to introduce their final creations to the public. A shift to a discussion of the possibilities is what we need for a life giving breath to a society that is filled with seasonal politicians that are continually reminding us of how we have failed or been failed and only offering the same constrictive government frame work to fix our current human affairs.
The issues we face today are not problems to be solved, for humanity will never run out of problems; they are opportunities for natural leaders to create a path for our society to become much better. We don't need motivation to address or change the life style we face every day, we need inspiration, we need to be ignited to become the best of what we can yet define.
The sole purpose of a government frame work is to implement what the public desires. Therefore a static government is not an impediment to change, and change is not prescribed by a new government framework.
