{UAH} CORRECTION: Ruling on UNAA
The notice of judgment did not address the issue of inspecting the books. We are NOT sure if the judge is going to rule on it separately. i.e inspection rights are not affected by membership numbers. Even one member can demand to inspect books. Either way, we are going to file a motion for reconsideration.
thanks

Subject: Ruling on UNAA
The judge has ruled against our motion for summary judgment on the issue of numbers...the judge stated that "there is a genuine dispute about the number of UNAA members" in 2014. Based on the membership records released to the election commission, UNAA had about 71 "full" members eligible to vote on Nov 4, 2014 when we demanded for a special meeting. UNAA claims that on that date, there were about 1,400 members! Keep in mind that UNAA claimed that there were 169 members eligible to vote in Sept, 2015 and that number included people that registered from Jan 1, 2014 to July 31, 2015!!! We are going to expose the lies. We are going to force them to either present records showing those hundreds of members or have one of the leaders swear an affidavit that their numbers are correct (and risk charge for perjury).
The notice of judgment did not address the issue of inspecting the books. We are sure if the judge is going to rule on it separately.
thanks
