{UAH} Did NRM really want to Develop Kampala City?!!!

After losing Kampala, largely to the Democratic Party and NOT Forum for Democratic Change – it appears Jennifer Musisi and her KCCA have been abandoned by National Resistance Movement - Organisation!

 

Clearly it shows NRM double faced way of dealing with national issues.

 

I can't understand how a government abandons her Capital City. Even the worst politicians world over they make their cities the greatest.

 

Bashing Jennifer Musisi left her toothless – our prayers KCCA doesn't  disintegrate to the worst organisation than its predecessor KCC.
