{UAH} RESPONSE: NEITHER Trump nor Hillary for Black Education Needs

The solutions have to come from the Ugandan Americans (black people in general). Politicians respect TWO things: votes and money. Black people do not have money but they have votes. Unfortunately, black people overwhelmingly vote for democrats. As a result, republicans don't bother to address black voters' needs because they know that blacks don't vote for them. Worse, democrats don't bother to address black voters' needs because they know that blacks will vote for them anyway! Black people gain very little from the votes they give democrats...therefore, blacks have to withhold votes (or support independents) to force the major parties to compete for the black vote. That is the ONLY way the parties will address black voters' needs.
