{UAH} BUGANDA SHOULD SHARE WITH CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

KINGDOMS AND REGIONS SHOULD SHARE WITH THE CENTER
Brothers an d sisters, l think Buganda, Busoga, Bunyoro, Acholi, Lango
and other regions with or without institutions of traditional and
cultural leaders, should start sharing resources with the center so
that they avoid unending forms of fund raisings including Ettoffaali.
They will not zero so much on collecting Obusuulu and Envujjo from
Kabaka and other traditional leaders' official estates and other
official Mailo estates like those of Katikkiro, Omulamuzi, Omuwanka,
and sazas' and gombololas'.
Bakatikkiro b'ebyalo bya Kabaka shall be in charge of 350o sq. mile
estates, and Buganda Land Board set up by Buganda Government in
accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, shall be
in charge of official Mailo estates and former public land or akenda,
assisted by district land boards.
