{UAH} M7 is A Malignant Cancer — Besigye

The Forum for Democratic Change icon Rtd. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye has named the current Ugandan President, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni a cruel cancer which needs immediate cure.

"M7 is a malignant cancer to the region. He creates conflict and instability, and comes in as the only one who can solve it."

Besigye said this during his second press conference since he came back from a one-month visit in UK and USA. The conference was held at his Kasangati home on Thursday October 6.

He also accused Museveni of being a sole person in everything and personalizing the state, saying this will eventually lead to the collapse of the state as soon as he collapses.

"As long as individuals become the state, when they collapse, the state collapses". Besigye said.

He however vowed to continue with his defiance campaign and defy police orders of forcefully keeping him at his home, saying he will always go out every time he feels like going.

"I will not allow to be confined in my home. Not even the police will ever stop me from leaving whenever I want to," he said.
