{UAH} RUNNING AWAY FROM THE LAW IS NO SOLUTION.........

People;

As the Uganda spokes man is about to clear his voice to announce Uganda's withdrawal from ICC or the Caucasian court as it is currently daubed, i would strongly suggest that African Lawyers should see to it that Africa as a continent should brew it's local version of the ICC with compulsory membership and what not standard and conditions such as term limits, anti coup, parliamentary democracy etc. It should not be an extension of the defunct AU but one setup by legal experts backed with an independent Standard enforcement army recruited from every country and ready to do battle. 

How will it be financed, by the member countries of course. Members will be expected to contribute towards the price of peace and order. 

This is do-able and must be looked at by Pan Africanist as a matter of urgency.

We should not allow criminals to get away with it. Unless we allow ourselves to be governed by set rules and standard, Africa will be forever in and out of coma.
