{UAH} KAMPALA IN INTENSIVE CARE? Revelation from Akena murder

Nakasero Hospital released a statement (attached) in the wake of the unfortunate death of a shooting victim in Kampala. The statement shows that the deceased couldn't be helped to relocate for urgent attention since every facility "Nakasero" checked on had its ICU full to capacity. What does this infer?

Are Kampalans so sick or so much in harm's way that daily admissions overwhelm space and other means? What's going on? What does it take to establish a bigger facility to accommodate any number of emergencies? There will be more shootings, accidents, terminal cases going comatose and common home accidents. What measures can we employ to stop the situation getting more precarious?

Anybody could be shot next!
