At the screening of a Brilliant Genocide a few weeks ago in London, Olara Otunnu talked about the total collapse of cultural values in Uganda; he told me Uganda is not the same as it was 10 years ago, and is a totally different country from when I left 30 years ago. Seeing this picture below, now I believe him.
