Dr. Sandeep and Dr. Anil are two of only laparoscopy oncologists from India. They are in the process of setting up a cancer facility in Uganda in partnership with private sector. Here they are pictured giving basic training to Ugandan doctors.
3rd Axis is in charge.
The likes of Ocen will say 'the Axis' is illuminatic, but why not? UAH can support the effort which will require up to 5million dollars to establish one unit.
