{UAH} Rwenzururu PM arrested

The acting premier of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Johnson Thembo Kitsumbire has this afternoon been arrested by Flying Squad officials.
Mr Kitsumbire was picked by a white mini bus van UAK 164R around 11. 45am from the office of the District Internal Security Officer (DISO) on Square One street, Kasese Municipality. The arrest was witnessed by our reporter at the DISO's office.
The flying squad officials who were not in any security organ uniform but armed with AK 47 guns picked Mr Kitsumbire who did not stage any resistance.
The premier was driven off to Rwenzori East division police headquarters for interrogations. However, when journalists tried to follow up the matter at police, one of the flying squad officials denied them access.
The police spokesperson Rwenzori East, Suwed Manshur while contacted on phone confirmed the arrest stating that he could not comment in detail.
