{UAH} Slaughtering people in hundreds, and millions,how do we judge their stupidity.

Annet Kobusingye says Brigadier Elweli is stupi for having slaughtered over 100 people in Kaseese.

Agreed, he was stupid.

But let us consider the stupidity of these butchers. British commanders Fredrick Lugard, Henry Colville,Ternin, Macdonald, Kakungulu,etc...who slaughtered millions in Bunyoro-Kitara, and nine Banyoro at karuguuza Market, in Luweero,in LDP camps in northern Uganda, in Bunyala, etc. who is more stupid.
