{UAH} The tragedy of having Visionaries in Kagutastan

A former President of Uganda once commented that actions speak better than words when confronted on his lack of articulation of government policy. Indeed this is true. Look at the actions of the recently elected Tanzanian President; within one year, creating 1,423 factories! Where are our African selfstyled visionaries who in a space of 30 years and beyond have nothing to match Magaufuli? But check out their riches and see the wealth they have accumulated within same period. Indeed they came to liberate themselves and their  cronnies from poverty.
