I think the damages to environments in the whole Uganda since the coming of the NRA/M7ism banditry regime is too much. Not very long ago I was on Lira road to Pader I couldn't see the forests those existed there some 25 years ago. The same was on Kitgum to Gulu road but I told they were cut by NRA soldiers for charcoal. Those purposeful destructions meant desertification oför our dear country Uganda!

I have never witnessed this my whole. Does anyone old enough know if such high temperature has ever been recorded around the Lake Victoria basin before?
