The Veteran journalist and Independent Magazine proprietor, Andrew M. Mwenda has exposed the long-elusive identity of the persons behind the famous social media activist known as TVO (Tom Voltaire Okwalinga).

Tom Voltaire Okwalinga, the social media enigma has given Museveni's government sleepless nights because of the stinging posts shared on Facebook

And according to Mwenda, he claims TVO is a Facebook account run by three radical extremists who support Kizza Besigye: Robert Shaka who lives in Kampala, Uganda; Abbey Semuwemba, who lives in UK and Henry Lugasira who lives Canada.
