{UAH} Capt Mike Mukula and medals

Captain Mike Mukula is a an embarrasment to his nation. To day Ugandans are struggling to cope with the  cost of living...no tution fees... no medical facilities in hospitals... others are dying of hunger but Mike is complaining that his people did not get medals.for fighting along side the NRM against LRA.

I thought a man of his level surely he would be focusing on issues that are really affecting ugandans than medals.  I think M7 is having problem with his men.

They are focussed on material things than saving lives. What would medals add on their lives...
