A good Luganda video about the importance of coriander.I didnt know that it was good for the eyes too. Anyway, most green leaf vegetables hide some orange zeaxanthin which protects the macular of the eye responsible for fine vision.The amounts vary of course from vegetable to vegetable and even between varieties.
