{UAH} Revamping Obama's ancestral home in Kenya
Simon Peter Okurut/Edward P'Ojim/Moses Nekyon
You asked me why I was dismissive of President Obama's record in Africa, why the history of Africa will not treat him very kindly. This is a school in his own ancestral land which, now that he is out of power, I hope he will upgrade and develop into a modern educational institution. The people of Kogelo deserve much more than just the name Obama. They need more, and investing in education is one thing that Obama can now do without having to worry about his attack dogs in America. He still has a good 30 years of productive life left, and I hope he can devote that to reaching out to his roots, which he completely neglected or ignored for reasons known only to himself.
