2017 has began with a Thunderbolt for the people of Tororo district.
I have just got sad news from Nsambya Hospital of the death of
the LC V Chairman Mr Apollo Jaramogi that happened this afternoon
Ugandan time.
Apollo Jaramogi was elected LC V chairman in the last electoral charade
of 2016.
