{UAH} UNDERSTANDING FRED DENIS MUKASA MBIDDE (part 1).

In 1980 Fred Denis Mukasa Mbidde formed group of 9 semi- educated young street rascals who established themselves as a gang of smart crooks. They would make and put fake visas for European countries, and earned big from such trade. Through their networks in Uganda airlines, they would also transport desperate Ugandans on planes without passports or visas.

This unscrupulous practice led to the tightening of issuance of visas on the part of the UK and America. Fred Denis Mukasa Mbidde was known for making sensible arguments with the Police when his colleagues would be arrested, and could secure police bonds for his arrested comrades.  Because of that he was Nick named ADVO. Someone should surprise him with that nickname as a test of proof of this information. One of his colleagues still living is an RDC in Museveni's regime. His name is Gahima aka Kayima,

In the 1990s the rascals resolved to go back for further education, and on that basis Adivo secured a place in Makerere University, offering Bachelor of Social sciences and residing in University Hall in 1991.

In 1992 Fred Denis Mbidde was called by his Rwandese  colleagues to join the bloody struggle in RPF,  which culminated into the notorious Genocide;-and in 1994 he was part of the Congo invasion with the likes of Bizimaana Karahamiheeto in pursuit of M7s dream of a Tutsi dynasty. Mbidde  rejoined Makerere University in  1995/6 this time offering Bachelor of Mass Communication, although  failed to successfully complete this course he duped the masses when he organized a graduation ceremony in form of a rally at Makindye.

He later went back to Makerere University and subsequently to LDC where he used macenaries to write exams for him and the diploma was subsequently disgracefully withdrawn. 

Mbidde became influential in DP and chief coordinator of the Muhoozi project in DP and the opposition at large, and he has brought tougher all Rwandese in the opposition ie Gashumba Frank, Ssewungu Joseph, the late Birekyeraho(RIP) among others.

These Rwandese comrades of his do idolise him. Their aorta of hope for the Rwandese continuity after Museveni.

Mbidde and his group have two key attributes; Patience and acting Smart. For instance, Mbidde fronted Nobert Mao and supports him to hang on the Party leadership. His hope was that in the event Mao died, Mbidde would act as Party President without needing a Delegates conference where he would face a cruel competition. He is however so disappointed that Nobert Mao, who previously looked too frail and moribund has not only regained his good health, but also a higher appetite to continue leading the Democratic Party city house faction, Mbidde wants to place himself as a possible presidential candidate later leader of the "opposition" and future prime minister in Muhoozi government.
