{UAH} BWANIKA: Helping Africa to feed itself

The logic to the problem is simple; you want action?

The dry spell should continue at least for next 6- 8 month. When the political class loses their property that is when they will have a solution to the problem that has dodged nations for years.

When the poor dies it has no significant implication as to when politicians loses his chicken due to high maize brand scarcity!
