{UAH} Can genes of killers be handed down, inherited?

Mr. George Okello and all geneticists,
Thinking of the barbarity of some of the most puzzling human beings (in personal parlance, i don't call them that but beasts) that have populated this planet, is it possible that traits that drive them to suck blood can be handed to offspring? For example, if Adolf Hitler' begot children, would they uphold his reputation?
Close to home, how much like his father is Mr. Hussein Jurunga? In real life, is he heartless; what character traits mark him out and why have i never heard of any of his siblings being engaged in fearful societal disputes or acts of moral turpitude?
