{UAH} A CASE AGAINIST CNN UPHELD

$30M lawsuit against CNN upheld by judge, found news agency acted “recklessly with regard to the accuracy of its reporting.”

(BloodyRubbish) With all the political enemies CNN has made from their blatantly biased (and sometimes completely fake) news, one would think that the person to take them down would be a high-ranking politician, or at least someone connected enough to hold them accountable for all of their distorted stories. It is not a secret that anyone who isn’t far-left on the political spectrum is sick of the lies peddled by the Clinton News Network.

Surprisingly, it appears that a former hospital CEO is winning in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the fake news agency. They lawsuit states that CNN skewed statistics to write a hit piece on his hospital. They distorted the truth to get a more interesting story, all at the expense of the subject’s reputation. This reminds me of the war they have been waging on Republicans — especially President Trump.

Lying in stories with the hopes of producing more sensational articles has been a common practice by liberal media outlets recently, and it looks like CNN may have to pay millions due to their shady practices.

The media giant is now learning the consequences of publishing fake news — by way of an expensive lawsuit. The ironic thing is that it’s not even a political story that CNN is being sued for. They can’t be honest on topics that aren’t even political. I am starting to believe that they are called the Clinton News Network not just because of their history of extremely biased pro-Clinton content, but also because the can never tell the truth on any subject — just like Hillary.

Recently, a judge in Atlanta, Georgia allowed a defamation lawsuit filed by Davide Carbone to continue after CNN attempted to get it dismissed.

As reported by LawNewz,

“Those who accuse CNN and other mainstream media outlets of “fake news” will probably revel in a recent decision by a federal judge in Atlanta, Georgia. While Judge Orinda Evans didn’t all out declare that CNN was peddling in falsehoods, she did take aim at the network in an initial judgment in favor of a former hospital CEO who sued CNN accusing them of purposely skewing statistics to reflect poorly on a West Palm Beach hospital. Judge Evans didn’t mince words in her 18-page order allowing the case to move forward, and dismissing CNN’s attempt to get it thrown out of court.”

“In our case, we contended that CNN essentially made up its own standard in order to conduct an ‘apples to oranges’ comparison to support its false assertion that St. Mary’s mortality rate was 3 times higher than the national average. Accordingly, the case against CNN certainly fits the description of media-created ‘Fake News.’” said Carbone’s attorney L. Lin Wood, in a statement to LawNewz.com.

CNN, others denied entrance into Press briefing by White House

It is no surprise that it is now being reported that CNN and other far-left news outlets were blocked from entering a press briefing by Trump’s White House. It was done following remarks by the President ‘slamming the media.’

What do these fake news agencies expect? I continue to wonder how many of these dishonest outlets are even allowed into the White House Press Corps. As previously reported, “The news across the U.S. was no longer news, it was now pure fiction. Giving these networks White House press passes is equivalent to giving Steven King a press pass so he can write an upcoming book on ghosts and vampires (and throw Trump into the mix somehow).”

President Trump doesn’t want to deal with the constant lies being peddled by media companies he is forced to deal with on a daily basis – who would want to? He is getting more aggressive in his battle for holding reporters accountable for their stories.

As reported by the WashingtonPost,

“…in recent days, the president has grown increasingly critical of what he calls the “fake news media. Hours before the limited-access gaggle, Trump devoted much of an address at the Conservative Political Action Conference to bashing the media.

“A few days ago, I called the fake news media the enemy of the people, and they are,” the president said. “They are the enemy of the people.”

Hopefully lawsuits against fake news will force these left-wing outlets to begin having fair, truthful coverage. There has to come a time when the news is actually news and not fiction. Until then, reports from these people should all be taken with a grain of salt.
