Here is Kayibanda's celebration of so-called @liberation@ in Apac. What really goes on in the mind of Kayibanda, only he knows. What was the whole purpose of taking his ridiculous charade to Apac? To dance on the graves of his victims? Even the witches do that at night, but in day light!!!! I used to think Kayibanda is just a very stupid person, but now I am beginning to have doubts. The man has a congenital mental illness that goes beyong mental retardation. Otherwise it is almost impossible to expalin some of the pranks he indulges in, that would even look childish if a child attempted it.

After people boycotting Museveni's Tahereha Sita 36 years of UPDF celebrations in Apac ,
Otafire who had prepared very much to show his big support to Museveni by being the early guest to attend the occasion fully dressed in his military uniform was disappointed when people did not attend the celebrations and his huge donation fund to the ocassion was not announced such that the president who is wiping out the Old guard can have mercy on him ,
Otafire in anger shouted out to his colleagues, "Why have people disarted NRM these days"
