R.I.P. baby Kourtney Williams, & say it again: genuine accidents do happen
for e.g. when an overly fatigued driver dozes off at the steering wheel, but

advising some breast - feeding mothers to not deliberately retire to sleep
alongside their babies can be harder than advising some vehicle drivers to
not use a hand - held cell phones while driving, esp. along a busy highway

(in Cdn. there's some hefty fine for doing that and worse with malwa breath) .

Governments have tried their best to stay out of citizens' bedrooms, but it's
dumbfounding when almost each & every aspect of life has to be legislated

- followed by complaints about the overly legislated life of civil societies...

A two-month-old baby girl in Harlem died Sunday after her mother apparently rolled over her while they slept, police said.

Police are investigating the death of Kourtny Williams, who was unconscious and unresponsive when officers responded to the family's home on Fifth Ave., near 112th St. around 9:50 a.m., police said.

Paramedics took the baby to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she died, according to officials. There were no obvious signs of trauma.

The city Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
