My condolences to the family, the people of Soroti, and the FDC party on the sudden death of Hon. Willy Charles Ekemu former M.P Soroti Municipality 2006-2011 who has lost the battle to Cancer at Nsambya hospital today.
In 2011, I coordinated my friend Mike Mukula's return as MP.
Incumbent Ekemu was the man to beat and gave us a tough contest.
May his soul rest in peace.
