{UAH} Janet Museven..denied information...o education !!!

Dear fellow ugandans

Do u really believe Janet is telling the truth that she does not have information related to how many schools are in the country primaray and secondary? a minister of education!!!!

Why is she is still going to the office...?how do u lead people or an institution u do not know the numbers....how long has she been there for her to come up to day to say she lacks information on number of primary/Sec schools?

She claims she has asked for information and it has been deliberately not given to her...i dont belive this woman. She is is good a liar...u all recall she took a briefcase full of dollors to sweden bought a street and reported a briefcase went missing... would u trust her...if she cant be given information let her go find it by her self. She is expected to work not to wait for others to work for her and she claims credit...she has to work she chose to work...in education its hands on...not to sit and wait for information done for her...

If she cannot get information about how many primary school/Sec schos in the country which they own to day she has all the resources available for her to access information then i dont think she is alright in the head.

How do they get information about their results of people who voted for them...dont mention electoral commission...

If they can buy every ugandan with 500sh for a vote to stay in power why cant she use the same strategy to access the information she needs to compile a list of schools in the country...  how can she plan...

How many kids are there in the country of primary level education..and what about sec level..locations...

The whole country is a mess they created it and they will pay for it. Now they cant manage it but they want offices... let them.hand over to ugandans and they see if they cant manage their own country.
Its simple to access information...
1. They have Viso whatbis their role.
2.They have LDUs what is their role
3. They have RDCs what do they do.
4.They have CAO
5.DISO
6.They have Vigilantis..
7.Community education officers
8. Education departments in all districts..etc... why cant they provide information related to schools and sec in the country

All these are organs established to rig elections but cannot be used to provide information within their area of the current staff member are not keen to help Janet.... very duffed.

I think Janet is up to stealing money. That is why she is claiming that they dont have the number of schools and secondaries in the country.  Once she does not have the number the of school declared she can play around with money meant to be for building fund which has left so many ugandans unable to afford tutition fees because mobhelp from.from.the govt.

If Janet cannot access information yet the family contrals telcomunications... then i have no words for her..  a phone call to all over the country...is enough to get data.
Unless people have decided we wont work with u Janet please leave us alone this no infomration...then vacate the ministry let ugandans take the lead. but dont embarrase yourself that you cannot access information.

If a wife of a president cannot access information who else can access information in the country. During compaigns she was all over the country looking for votes with her mzee why can she do the same to look for schools. I thought during the compaigns she was using that ipportunity to see the misary of the country on the basis i thought she chose to pick ministrybof education to make a difference....
