{UAH} Kenya to hire foreign doctors as strike talks fail again

Hear what the son of Kenyatta is proposing; to hire foreign doctors to replace Kenyan doctors. While the concern for health of Kenyans is important, I think the government should not rush negotiations; the government is rich and the doctors' demands aren't unreasonable.

 If the Kenyan government hires foreign doctors, it will have to pay expatriates' pay which is likely to be far higher than what the doctors are asking for. I doubt if this is the best approach to unionized labour sector. There should be other approaches such as arbitration etc where negotiations have failed. And for how long will expatriates stay, forever?
