Here is another shocker from Kayibanda's vice. Please extend  bunch of kudos to your man Ingram Kampe for a job well done. Let the youth go back to the villages. Leave the Kampe's alone to enjoy the fat of the land. Let them grow beer and pot-bellies to their hearts content. Who said sadism and greed do not pay? Don't ask Kampe that question.The acerbic Rwandan quisling  may choke on his mouth-piece. But tell it to the birds in the Ugandan bushes. They will soon have compettion.
