{UAH} Ocen//4 GOP senator won't vote for new healthcare Bill

Four GOP Senators, Ted Cruz, Randy Paul, Mike Lee and another one, have issued a statement, affirming that they won't vote for the revised Healthcare Bill. The GOP could afford only two dissension. This means the Bill is DOA - dead on arrival.
