Why didn't NRM support Mayor Mohammed Baswari Kezaala to Develop Jinja
into a Modern City?

The history of how New York was developed by ideas of one man who was
not even a planner is a telling one when men use their passion and
love for a place.

How possible could former Mayor of Jinja Municipality Mohammed Baswari
Kezaala, a man with a passion and love but also great vision and plans
for Jinja City, failed to develop Jinja into his desired Dubia in
Uganda and East Africa?

Uganda is really surprising! But the failure of Mayor Mohammed Baswari
Kezaala to develop Jinja into a Dubia at least using private capital
he could master from around the world in a tale of tells. Still call
him a mayor for a reason.

The way this man was fought is a text book to understanding of Uganda
politics and the cultural anthropology of politicians.

Now he's an ambassador?!

Possibly Mayor Mohammed Baswari Kezaala could do batter for Uganda as
an ambassador than a development agent of Jinja City. One thing I know
though, Mohammed Baswari Kezaala saved Jinja from becoming Katwe of
unplanned Kampala – that will go down in history!
