{UAH} Former Ministers to be Paid 15m Monthly, to retain other benefits- Museveni orders

Frank Mujabi/Mr Tony Owana/ Ocya p'Ocure/ Laduma,

Uganda, it seems has reached a terminal stage of perdition. Surely this is now a gangster's paradise completely  beholden to a mafia boss and godfather Kayibanda Museveni. Surely there is no other country in the world, even at the lowest edges of the banana rankings, where an entire population has been reduced to pitiful supplicants who have to carry their begging bowls tied around their necks and scratch their tummies in order to be noticed by the Great Benefactor.. Earlier I thought it might take us 5 years to turn around the fortunes of Uganda and put it on an even keel after we end the Rwandan occupation and rescue our national patrimony. Now it it seems we may need 10 years at least. We are going to inherit a country that is lying prostrate and flat on its tummy. The challenges are going to be immense- the biggest one being ending the sycophancy-scratch- my-arse-i scratch yours-mentality that now bedevils every aspect of Uganda public life. Thats why I am convinced  a very limited exercise in extreme violence will be needed to set an example in blood- we will need to execute the worst of the Kayibanda era criminals to the send a clear and uncompromising message everyone will listen to and internalise.
