{UAH} NASA's case fals apart

_{NASA did not want to look at original form 34As and 34Bs.  The IEBC and their chairman made concessions that NASA should have access to forms 34As and 34Bs.  Why did not NASA want to look at original form 34As and 34Bs?  Mark you not a single affidavit was filed challenging election counting and voting at the polling station.   Yes, the court granted NASA for read only access of the system under the supervision of the Supreme Court registrar and court appointed IT specialists.  That was necessary because NASA is on a fishing expedition.}

 

_{So tomorrow by 5pm, Kenyans will know whether forms 34As and 34Bs and then 34C Uhuru Kenyatta and Samuel Ruto were validly elected or not? The court will supervise access and make a report to the judges. One lawyer each for the petitioners, 1st and 2nd respondents and 3rd respondents will each have 10 minutes to address the court on the court supervised process of verification. The key question then is this: did the transmission of results matter?}

 

_{Folks, NASA's case fell part completely and kabisa after the IEBC responded. In an election when you hear lawyers for the petitioners submit that numbers do not mater n an election but rather the process, you know something is totally wrong. Of course numbers mater in elections.  As a matter of voters numbers matter more than anything else. You do not need a Pythagoras theorem to understand voting.}
