{UAH} Owiny-Dollo named deputy chief

Folks;

YKM has named Alfonse Owiny-Dollo the next deputy chief justice.  Like the outgoing DCJ who served as a minister  before moving to the judiciary, Mr Owiny-Dolo is also a former MP  and cabinet minister during the reign of YKM.

YKM also named justices Richard Butera and Paul Mugamba to the Supreme Court.  YKM again overlooked Justice Egonda-Ntende for promotion.  Granted, the two judges are fine but Egonda-Ntende would have been a better pick.

The  JSC is led by Justice Kabiito, a former HEB HEB resident and serving middle aged judge  would serve as chairman of the JSC.  Many of the judges are actually his peers.  Both Justice Mugamba, son of a former chief in Toro and Justice Kabito, son of the former Commissioner of labour come from Toro. I am not saying there was favouritism in any way.
