{UAH} Install four Criminaligists to study Crime Epidemic pattern

IGP Kayihura

The killing of women in Kampala and around the country is directly
linked to economic and social hardships, Ugandans are facing. This
comes on the heels of children sacrifice and sexualising religion for
monetary gains (which is not crime in Uganda).

It is an epidemic which means those afflicted with similar problems
will copy and use exactly the same methods to get rid of what they see
as problem. Mr. Kale Kiyihura and the police force ought to appoint
four criminologists to start studying these and other emerging crime
patterns such as the murder Bodaboda owners and special hire drivers.

The people who are commiting these crimes will most certainly have the
same profiles.

Normally sex is a comforting means in hard times that comes with love
but if love can't solve the primary problem, agony can turn into
brutal anguish. Crime will be the end result.

People living in North American and Europe are privy of this crime
pattern which by the way is so common.

If Uganda and it's NRM government were a little bit interested in
social issues the first line of attack would have been to caution
society from economic hardship.

Uganda is first loosing the social network as social and economic
needs expand beyond people's ability to attain that level of material
life and standing.

In a word Uganda has arrived to the European and USA stage even before
it has started. This too shows the impotence of our government in its
ability to react to critical issues other than looking at militaristic
solutions to rather socio-economic issues.

Uganda is a developing country with majority people still very poor
thus generating crimes that are going to become numerous as time goes
by.

Is Uganda police following what is happening in the Phillipines where
drug related crimes had soared but as I write now have almost
disappeared?!

Review back what happened in between 1969 -1970 with Kondoism.

The real solution will have to be public execution of hard core
criminals to send a clear signal otherwise the prisons system will
collapse due to huge numbers of incarcerated people.
