TR: {UAH} Where Concorde once flew: the story of President Mobutu’s ‘African Versailles’

Amazing is that this Mobutu's story is written by David Smith, The Guardian, 11/14/2017, a journalist  from West that is funding with billion pounds, dollars and euros the greatest Rwanda to build a tourist empire with 5 star hotels, best airline, etc. by another genius general grown in streets of Uganda. Why westerners see well our untenable projects, but prefer to let go waiting to laugh at us after?

We sincerely greet Ugandan friends Kwitonda and Richard Mukasa showing how Uganda with, for example Queen Elisabeth park that we visited is going slowly but surely on his foot rather than those flying the Mobutu's way. We also greet Sir Bobby, who tries all he can to express empathy for the jailed Diane's family.
