{UAH} THE KIFULUGUNYU CONSTITUTION

Ladies & Gentlemen.

I would like to forward a motion in memory of a gallant soldier who sacrificed for his motherland. The 1995 Constitution, after the removal of Article 102 (b), should just be renamed 'The KIFULUGUNYU Constitution'.
