{UAH} Uganda needs three functioning political parties

With proportionality Uganda can achieve three strong political parties
with competing ideologies.

To achieve proportionality each party must have at least 1/3 of voters
support to be considered parliamentary worthy.

Without strong ideological position the country is directionless as we
see now and will be run based on cultural assemblies and individuals
instead of very strong ideological imperatives.

Right now there is no binding and competing economic policy since
there is no supportive ideological stand point.

So unionised negotiations should be an executive matter instead of
being a national policy with proper guidelines and approach YET we
talk about inflation.

It is absurd if such simple issues are not well grasped.

If this country's politicians can't get it, then they are burying his
country. The consequences will affect everybody.
