Former Zapu leader and vice president of Zimbabwe the late Joshua Nkomo and former president Robert Mugabe in exile in 1979 in London. They signed a Unity Accord in 1987 following the massacre of thousands of people in Matabeleland and Midlands provinces by members of the Fifth Brigade. Is the Unity Accord signed by PF Zapu and Zanu PF functional?
