-- Are the NRA/Rwandan shitbags, carpetbaggers and hangers-on like Ahmed Kategga, Tony Owana, Ivan kampe, Edward Mo Irundrua/ Farouk Kirundi and others completely beyond redemption? Is there any role at all for the NRA/Rwandan killer group in any future realignment in Uganda? Are they beyond the pale, damaged beyond repair as Malcolm X says here about some black coons?
