The elaborate and callous arrest of this intellectual, for an offense he allegedly committed months ago, goes to show how far the Jubilee government is out to torment and intimidate the Opposition.

Some Kenyans of the Jubilee persuasion may be thrilled at the fate of Ndii and his fellow NASA leaders. Trouble is, this manner of arrest and intimidation is the desired recipe for national unrest and armed resistance.
