{UAH} Shocking: IGP Gen. Kale Kayihura Pinned By Iron Bar Hit-men ‘’Commander’’ Revealing Botched Operations

The Police image is again blurred thanks to its Head, IGP Kale Kayihura undercover operations that are successful at pinning wrong people in Iron bar cases around the city.
A private security guard formally attached to NANA hostels has dragged Kale Kayihura to court accusing him of wrongfully parading him before the press as a leader of the infamous Bijambia group (Iron Bar Hitmen) that has been terrorizing Kampala and the greater Masaka area.
Grace Bukenya says he was arrested by Old Kampala Police on April this year on suspicion of writing chain letters known as 'Bibaluwa' (Commonly Known in Luganda) to victims before they attacked them with pangas and sticks.
He says, after his arrest on 23rd April, Kayihura Paraded as the commander before he was whisked to Nalufenya Detention Centre where he says he was held incommunicado for six weeks without access to his friends, family and Lawyer until he was released without any chargers being preferred against him.
''I have become a moving target for angry people who have occasionally mobbed me because of this, I lost my job as security guard and yet am innocent,'' Bukenya said.
He says his reputation has been badly damaged and wants court to order IGP pay him damages and to publicly apologise. Civil division of high court is yet to set the hearing.
Bukenya joins a long list of people arrested and tortured for crimes they did not commit only to be released with no charges.
