Please, take it easy Wod Rwot because. Yes, the panya roads had been done but not the standard road gauge. I was in Gulu in December 2016 to January 2017 and I saw how the Chinese constructed from Corner Layibi through my old school Layibi Technical School via Aworanga to Lacor hospital through our old Alokolum Brothers where the road leads to Adjumani towards Sudan.
Truly, Wod Rwot, this should be highly ululated modern Highways was done on what I may call third-hand construction but not even second-hand done project!
This, road as a civil engineer, I predict this road will not last 10 years because it was wrongly done. At Lacor hospital you cannot belief what you can see how the project was done. This means, I do not think this is what the Chinese could build in their own country! YES, they did it, but it is not the job well done.
