Mbuga going by medi reports is one of the richest Ugandan young man.

Read those articles carefully. There is a loophole! After years of
trying to understand those sorts of fraud patterns I have established
one structure.

Actually what we think is Nigerian fraud, is exclusively European
fraudsters with London and Turkey as their centres of operation. They
use excusively Africans in these schemes

How could Nigerians have access to the European banks without help of
Europeans themselves and among all British Banks with tight security
monitoring?!

And how did Vivanne Mbuga transfer the 50 million to Uganda?

Find out yourself, these crooks will always they will refer you to
some one in London or Turkey.
